I’m Dave Saliaris — Founder of Saliaris Consulting Group.

I grew up sweeping floors and packaging products in my family’s plastics manufacturing shop. I learned early what it takes to ship on time, meet payroll, and keep customers returning.

Later, I led teams inside a large corporation where operational excellence was engineered into every process.

Now, as a Fractional COO, I bring both worlds together — helping technical founders scale with the same rigor as big business, without losing the entrepreneurial spark that built it.

A Journey Fueled by Innovation, Leadership, and Legacy

My passion for helping businesses reach their full potential began long before my career — it started in my father’s workshop.
He was an inventor with 11 patents, including one that made it to the moon. Watching his creativity and persistence shaped my love for innovation and problem-solving.

Following in his footsteps, I earned my Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and spent over 30 years at Liebert (Emerson Network Power), leading teams in engineering, operations, and customer experience. Those years taught me how strategy, process, and culture converge to drive growth — and how quickly they can fall out of sync.

That insight inspired me to create Saliaris Consulting Group — a platform to help leaders like you bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their organizations. My focus is simple: turn operational complexity into alignment and results.

Along the way, five game-changing ideas have guided me — lessons about letting go of what worked yesterday, slowing down to move faster, defining your ideal client, addressing learning curve fatigue, and seeking outside perspective when you’re too close to see clearly.

This next chapter honors my father’s legacy — and continues his belief that great things happen when curiosity meets courage.
